In the midst of her latest breakup, Meg Kent, bitter BuzzFeed reporter, learns that her best friend Charlie Horowitz is about to lose his wife Gina, to cancer. Inseparable friends for over twenty years, Charlie and Meg both make secret promises to Gina that they will look after one another when she’s gone.
